1. Payments & Refunds: The ground package deposit locks in your rate and swag orders. All deposits are 100% refundable until January 31, 2027. After this date, deposits become non-refundable as they are committed to local vendors and charters.
2. Exclusions: International flights and hotel accommodations are NOT included in the ground package and must be booked independently by the attendee.
3. Visas: Attendees are strictly responsible for obtaining necessary Turkish E-Visas or Sticker Visas prior to departure. The committee is not liable for denied entry.
4. Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical, flight delays, and trip cancellation) is highly recommended and is NOT included in the package price.
